PitchHired helps users:

• Find relevant contacts at companies
• Generate personalized outreach emails
• Send emails via their Gmail account

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the platform lawfully
• Avoid spam or abusive messaging
• Comply with applicable laws
• Be responsible for emails sent from your account

3. Gmail Integration

By connecting Gmail:

• You authorize sending emails on your behalf
• We do not store your password
• Access can be revoked anytime

4. Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk emails
• Harass or target individuals abusively
• Use the platform illegally

We may suspend accounts for violations.

5. Credits & Payments

• Some features require credits
• Credits are non-refundable unless required by law
• Abuse may result in loss of credits

6. No Guarantees

We do NOT guarantee job offers, replies, or outreach success. Service is provided "as is".

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations.

8. Changes

We may update or modify the service at any time.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
